Yes you should be accountible for the way you use technology, because what you do on the computer can affect others.

Digital Rights Managment.
DRM means: Digital rights management (DRM) is a generic term that refers to access control technologies that can be used by hardware manufacturers, publishers, copyright holders and individuals to try to impose limitations on the usage of digital content and devices.
It can actully harm someones user system.
DRM also refers to CMS.
CMS means: Content Management Systems or Content/Copy Protection for Removable Media
Statutory and Common Law are in the copyright law for people with fair use rights.
Price discrimination: is the practice of selling an item at different costs to different consumers.

Digital Rights Managment.

Buyers: Never give any personal information like your bank account number. Dont buy or bid on anything you dont need. Dont bid or buy anything that looks like it could have a virus or scam behind it.
Seller: Read over the private policy, to make sure no one can get into your account. Put stuff on there that people will want not junk that people dont want. Put specific time and date for when they will get it.
